The cottages have been extensively renovated with the highest standards of furnishings, fixtures and fittings, combining quality and style with comfort and luxury - perfect for a holiday with family or friends, special celebrations and short breaks.

Hay Loft : sleeps 7 plus cot

The Hay Loft is a stunning, brand new barn conversion. It sleeps 7, is equipped to the highest standard and is beautifully decorated. Enter through the large, bespoke, oak double doors and you find yourself in the main entrance hall with large natural stone tiles and underfloor heating that covers the whole ground floor.

LED lighting leads you up the oak and glass stairs to the stylish open plan lounge and kitchen with panoramic views, high vaulted ceilings, oak beams and wide oak floorboards.

The luxury kitchen is fully equipped with Miele appliances and quartz worktops. Large, comfortable sofas surround a cosy log burner with a 42" plasma television, DVD and Sky package. Large, glass bi-fold doors open out onto the patio and private garden - perfect for watching the sun go down with a glass of wine.

Of the three large, well appointed bedrooms, two are on the ground floor, both with en-suite bathrooms and double size walk-in showers. The master bedroom has a king size bed and patio doors which open out to the sun terrace and seating area. The second bedroom has a king size and a single bed.

The third bedroom is upstairs and has a king size bed. It is next to the family size bathroom which has a deep bath and cascade tap as well as a large head shower and natural stone tiles. All bedrooms are beautifully decorated with Egyptian cotton linen, co-ordinating accessories and 22" LCD television.

Caroline and James know what it's like to be a busy parent on holiday and helpfully provide the essentials for you: a cot, highchair, booster seat, stair gate, buggy, books, small toy box and some outdoor toys can all be provided for the younger members of the family, leaving extra room in the car.

Outside is a large and secure garden with landscaped flower beds, teak patio furniture, BBQ, loungers and large storage shed for bikes and surfboards.

Hunters Lodge : sleeps 4 plus cot

Hunters Lodge has been lovingly converted to an amazing standard. The family owned cottage has been made to feel like a home from home, perfect for young families or couples seeking a rural retreat. The luxury cottage is surrounded by rolling countryside with lovely open views, a peaceful setting and only a short drive to the many sandy beaches and coastal walks on the North Cornwall coast.

Hunters Lodge is cool, light and airy with a great contemporary feel, slate and oak floors and high ceilings topped off by chunky exposed beams. The lounge is beautifully designed offering comfortable Italian leather sofas, a gas stove, 42" plasma television, Sky and DVD with home cinema. Soft lighting and patio doors lead out to your own private, landscaped garden with BBQ, patio furniture and sun loungers - perfect for children or for relaxing to enjoying the spectacular sunset and views.

Enjoy preparing meals in this incredibly spacious kitchen; it is a cooks dream with its black sparkly granite worktops and high quality fittings. It is equipped with a range cooker, American fridge freezer, built-in dishwasher, washer/dryer, microwave, LCD television and plenty of space for everyone to sit comfortably around the family table.

This property has two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed and LCD television. The second bedroom has a twin bed which can be joined into a double with the zip-link mattress.

The spacious stone tiled bathroom is fitted with luxury chrome fittings, large walk-in shower and whirlpool bath.
