Caroline and James's cottages overlook Kitsham Farm which James and his father have farmed together for many years. Thirty acres of fields and wooded areas are available for you to explore.

The cottages are quite perfectly furnished with a beautiful balance of luxurious colours. Big windows flood the rooms with light and allow for spectacular views across open fields.

With just two cottages available your peace and quiet will remain undisturbed. The cottages are surrounded by idylic countryside and lie on a quiet country lane which forms a part of a beautiful cycle route stretching from Bude a few miles away all the way south to Bodmin Moor and beyond.

Being set separately from the main farm you won't have to worry about tractors and machinery disturbing your peace either.

A lovely big sandy beach which is very popular with learner surfers is just five minutes drive from the cottages.

Spectacular walks are available - either around the farm, along the coast paths or inland through tiny Cornish villages.

Two miles down the lane lies a wonderful pub which serves really good food while the idyllic seaside town of Bude is extremely popular all year round and is just 4 miles from the cottages. It has a good selection of shops, supermarkets, restaurants and pubs.
