The Lookout (sleeps 6 plus cot)

Our most ambitious project to date, the Lookout is a new build completed in June 2016. The reverse style living space was designed to ensure that the upstairs maximises the amazing views of the Atlantic coastline and Cornish countryside. The Lookout is finished to a very high standard with contemporary fittings and furniture. Beautiful throughout with many extra touches to make it a truly amazing holiday home.

The kitchen diner is a great space for entertaining with another balcony to the front of the property, perfect for a morning coffee or watching  a glorious sunset. This beautiful kitchen is fitted  with granite worktops and modern appliances including: an American fridge freezer with ice and water, 90cm hob, built in microwave and oven, built in dishwasher, waste disposal unit, a dining table, seats and eight of everything you need to make Cornwall your  home from home. Eating your cornflakes while overlooking the spectacular Cornish landscape, will ensure family breakfasts are never quite the same again!!

Upstairs the large open planned living area has high ceilings and  a huge kitchen and dining area. From the lounge there is a large south facing balcony with bi-fold doors and high quality outside rattan furniture.
This living area has 55” tv, dvd player, sound bar and Sonos system. There is also a built in wood burner for those colder nights.

Luxury Ground Floor Bedrooms

This three bedroom property on the outskirts of Marhamchurch in Cornwall, offers two kingsize en-suite  bedrooms with the Master Suite including a bathroom and large walk in shower. The second kingsize bedroom offers a smaller en-suite toilet/shower room. The third bedroom with a zip and link bed is situated near the luxury family bathroom with a whirlpool bath, large separate walk in shower, sink, toilet and designer glass splash backs.

The utility room is also situated downstairs, complete with essential family amenities such as a separate washing machine and tumble dryer, ironing board, iron and clothes airer.

The Lookout has been designed to allow your family the opportunity to recharge your batteries and enjoy the majesty of your breathtaking countryside surroundings. Just 2 miles from the award winning coastal resort of Bude and its stunning beaches of Crooklets and Summerleaze, you and your family can also discover the magical coastal road which provides memorable views of Widemouth Bay, your nearest beach.

You are within walking distance of the local pub ‘The Bullers Arms’ in Marhamchurch and a short distance from family eateries such a The Weir and its interactive wildlife centre.

At Kitsham we pride ourselves on providing safe and child friendly accommodation. As parents to two young children ourselves, we are fully aware of the plethora of ‘stuff ‘ you need to guarantee a relaxing holiday so we provide cots, highchairs, bath seats toys and more.

There’s so much for your family to see and do in Cornwall that we even provide a garden shed for storage of bikes, surfboards, golf clubs and accessories.
